Asphodelon first took shape as a character design exercise in 2013. A few years later, I began the process of creating the Asphodelon Tarot, a deck based on my interpretation of Greek myths.

My vision of Greek mythology is inspired both by historical sources from across time, as well as modern fantasy, pop culture, and fashion. I want it to be fresh but deeply familiar at the same time. It’s Greek mythology as I first saw it as a middle schooler: fantastical and fun and full of life.
